Shipping Policy

The majority of our items ship within the next two business days after you place your order. Smaller items will ship out Fed-Ex ground and are left at the front door if nobody is home to sign for the delivery. These items usually take 3 – 5 business days for delivery depending on where you are located. Larger, bulkier items will ship via truck line and usually take 3-7 business days for delivery. Truck line shipments are "End of Driveway" service only. It is the customer's responsibility to get it in the house after delivery. In these instances, the truck line will notify you when shipment will be made to arrange for delivery. Someone must be present to receive and unload the equipment for truck line deliveries.

Since we offer factory direct pricing to keep your price as low as possible, some items do not ship directly from our warehouse. They ship directly from the manufacturer and may take longer for delivery, usually 5-7 business days. These times are noted on the item page.

With the exception of weights and some smaller items, most of our items require assembly. These items are boxed in a manageable size so you can get them into your home.

Due to shipping regulations and restrictions, delivery to APO, FPO, or PO boxes is not available at this time.

Return Policy

Fitness Destination has a 15% restocking fee for returned orders. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Credit will not be issued until item is received in good condition at the Fitness Destination warehouse. Please call to obtain a return authorization. 1-888-258-0533./

If your item is damaged due to shipping, we request that you reject the shipment and notify us at 1-888-258-0533 so we can send a replacement.

If you do receive a damaged item, it will be necessary for you to file damage claims with the shipping company. Damage claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of shipment.

Along with partnerships with other top manufacturers, our web store can offer you the best products on the market today. As we continue to work with new manufacturers our selection will grow. We personally check the quality of each manufacturer we sell to ensue you get the most for your dollar. We only carry products we would use ourselves.
